Photography, Videography & AI: terms
- Pricing: All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are rate card estimates. The final quote depends on the brief, production requirements, and project complexity.
- Payment: A 50% deposit secures the production schedule. The remaining balance is due before final files without watermarks are delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Revisions: Revisions cover minor adjustments based on the approved brief. Concept changes, additional output, or revisions beyond the included allowance may incur additional charges.
- Production duration: Working time includes setup, product or outfit changes, and moving between sets according to the agreed schedule.
- Additional costs: Talent/models, makeup artists (MUA), studio rental, wardrobe stylists, special props, travel outside the service area, accommodation, and additional crew are excluded unless stated in the quote.
- Project files: RAW files, editing project files, paid music licenses, third-party platform fees, and special usage rights can be discussed separately.
- AI production: Final results depend on reference quality, prompt complexity, product or talent consistency, and the capabilities and technical limits of the AI platform used.
- Number of products and outfits: The number that can be covered depends on shoot duration, set changes, and complexity. The final number is confirmed before production.
- Content usage: Commercial use, paid advertising, or special licensing requirements must be agreed upon within the project scope.
